All that is required is you complete all the the details
on the Order Form and post it to us at

PAYMENTS
We do accept payment such as Visa, MasterCard
and Direct Deposit from Australian customers. New Zealand & other international customers we accept credit card only at present.
All that is required is that you include the details on the Order Form, email us or you can phone us on the above numbers with the details.
Overseas customers will be given 10% discount to offset GST.

POSTAL/SHIPPING CHARGES
Australian customers – Express Post is $16.00

Express Post with Signature (for security) $19.00.

Above available with insurance if required, an additional $2.50 per $100 value.

Please ask for postal charges on items that weigh more than 250 grams.

International customers
Please contact us for Postal / shipping charges.

OUR REFUND POLICY
Please choose carefully.
We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or it doesn’t do what it was designed to do.

You may return the item within 7 days of receipt for a refund. EXCLUDING SHIPPING.
The item must be in original condition.

We cannot refund damaged items.
